Jean-François Moreau holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting sciences. He is the manager of the mortgage brokerage firm (JFM Capital) registered with the AMF; Jean-François has been working in the housing field and more specifically in mortgage financing for over 48 years.

He now has 24 years of experience as a mortgage broker. His credibility is recognized among a clientele with whom he knows how to share his expertise acquired over the years. He prides himself on combining advisory services with the search for optimal financing. Thus, when it comes to realizing a new construction, he likes to collaborate in partnership in the development of the project. His activity is carried out in sectors such as: commercial, hotel, multi-residential, condominium and mixed-use projects.

Jean-François worked for more than 26 years at the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. He held various positions involving real estate appraisal, market analysis, mortgage underwriting and various positions of increasing responsibility including director of the Mortgage Insurance Activity Center for the province of Quebec, during the last five years in office. He also sat on the board of directors of the Provincial Association of Home Builders of Quebec (Montreal-Metro and provincial) for five years.

Jean-Sébastien Moreau, holder of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, is accredited by the AMF as a commercial mortgage broker. Now working in the real estate field for over 15 years, he has participated in granting more than $3 billion in financing to his borrower clients. His field of expertise extends to all types of buildings throughout the province and having been particularly active in the real estate development niche, his involvement with his clients goes beyond the framework of the conventional mortgage broker.

Lucas Fernandes Moreau, holder of a college diploma and a mortgage brokerage diploma from the College of Real Estate Education. He is accredited by the AMF as a commercial mortgage broker. Having previously worked in a financial institution as an advisor before joining JFM Capital, he has acquired experience in the financial field. He promotes the development of the firm and its evolution in symbiosis with JFM Capital’s responsible managers.
